If a fire started in a place where there are so many people in close proximity and restricted exit points then it could have devastating consequences. Having said that, it is very sad to see such establishments having to close their doors and maybe the law makers could look at some financial help in these situations. We are supposed to be encouraging local businesses not crippling them with legislation!
