With ukulele in hand, fast-rising Los Angeles recording artist LP made a stop May 10 at Seattle’s W Hotel for a Symmetry Live concert at the hotel’s newly remodeled Living Room performance space.

Will Oldham, best known as iconoclast indie musician Bonnie “Prince” Billy (bonus points for the superfluous quote marks), established his Pacific Northwest bonafides by starring in director Kelly Reichardt’s acclaimed road movie “Old Joy.” (Likewise, actor Michelle Williams claimed her indie cred in Reichardt’s followup, “Wendy and Lucy.”)

All-female AC/DC tribute band Hell’s Belles opened the EMP Museum’s new AC/DC exhibit with an explosive performance April 27 at Sky Church.
