‘Make Your Escape’ to the 2011 Puyallup Fair

The theme for this year’s Puyallup Fair, one of the biggest of its kind in the United States, is “Make Your Escape.”

CONCERT REVIEW: Hall and Oates close Bumbershoot with rockin’ soul

No music fan was too young or too old for Daryl Hall and John Oates’ Bumbershoot weekend finale Monday night, Sept. 5, at KeyArena.

BUMBERSHOOT: A few images from Day One of the festival
Seattle’s 2011 Bumbershoot festival opened Saturday, Sept. 3, with dozens of musical performances on more than a half dozen stages (and a lot of sidewalks and open spaces).
