It’s amazing how much excitement a still photograph can convey. Even a photo of a highly kinetic art form like rock ‘n’ roll.

‘Twilight’ fans gather for a weekend convention in Seattle

Don’t be surprised to see vampires with pointed teeth roaming the streets of downtown Seattle this weekend.
Vampires and all their fans will descend on the city — specifically, the Westin Hotel — for a convention Friday through Sunday (Jan. 15-17).

PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT: Former P-I photographer Robin Layton
